Investor to fill out online application
2.

ECPR will contact Investor to qualify terms
3.

If qualified, ECPR will issue term sheet to Investor
4.

Investor reviews and approves terms listed in the term sheet
5.

Investor sends ECPR a term sheet deposit to move forward with the application
6.

ECPR will forward the term sheet to the closing attorney and order a title report
7.

ECPR will perform a property inspection
8.

ECPR and Investor will work together on compiling necessary property and legal closing items
9.

Closing attorney will arrange a mutually agreed closing date
10.

Loan is closed
