Use this form to submit a specific investment property for financing consideration.

Endeavor Capital PR provides short-term real estate financing for investment properties in Puerto Rico. Loan terms vary by transaction, but are generally 9–12 months at 13–15% interest and 3–5 points. We typically require borrowers to contribute at least 30% of the purchase price and generally lend up to 70% of the purchase price. Properties must be held in an LLC or corporation registered in Puerto Rico.

After you submit this form:

1. You will receive an email with a secure link to upload your property photos. Please check your Junk or Spam folder if you do not see the email in your Inbox.

2. Upload your photos using the link provided.

3. When you are finished uploading, you must select “I’ve finished uploading my photos.”
   (Your loan submission will be ready for review only after you complete this step).
